First Post/ Explanation

Hello to no one in particular. I'm in my last semester at an MSW program and need to start recording my ideas as I leave class. Being a libertarian in a social work program is kind of difficult and I feel it would help me greatly to just share my thoughts with others who can comment on them.

    Hello! I am beginning an MSW program in August and have been spending the last few weeks second guessing my decision to enter into the Social Work field (as my undergraduate is in psychology and business). With strong conservative and libertarian leaning tendencies I fear that a field heavily driven by well intended liberal thought will not be a good fit. Any thoughts that you have about this and how you navigate these dichotomous schools of thought would be greatly appreciated!
